Subj:   Revised Appraisal and Inspection Fees for GA, NC, SC, and TN
1. Effective for all VA appraisal, repair inspection, and compliance inspection assignments generated on or after October 1, 2004, the following revised fees apply:

2. Repair inspections and “new construction” certification of completion inspections are increased to $75.

3. Compliance inspections on proposed construction and Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) inspections remain unchanged at $100.

4. Mileage fees are not authorized without written approval by the Atlanta Regional Loan Center.

5. All previous Loan Guaranty Bulletins concerning appraisal and inspection fees in GA, NC, SC or TN are hereby rescinded.
