Subj:   2007 VA TELEVISED TRAINING BROADCASTS
1. PURPOSE. To announce the schedule for the 2007 interactive satellite training broadcasts for lenders and real estate sales professionals.

2. BACKGROUND. VA Loan Guaranty Service has scheduled six interactive televised training broadcasts for employees of lenders during 2007. These free broadcasts may be viewed on-line via your computer or at the Atlanta Regional Loan Center (RLC). For those with fast Internet connections and no firewall problems, these broadcasts are also available in "streaming video" format over the Internet. Details regarding this viewing option are available on the Loan Guaranty's website www.homeloans.va.gov/train.htm several days prior to the broadcast. Many of these seminars are interactive so attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions. Below is the contact person for Atlanta Regional Loan Center.

3. SCHEDULE AND CONTENTS OF BROADCASTS.

February 21, 2007 - Red Flags of Fraud in Mortgage Transactions
(12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time). This broadcast is for anyone employed in the mortgage industry, especially loan officers, processors and underwriters. There will be a fraud expert on hand to answer your questions.

March 21, 2007 - WebLGY - Certificates of Eligibility
(12:00 noon - 1:15 p.m. Eastern Time). This is a live broadcast with a question and answer session. Audience: Lender Staff.

May 9, 2007 - VA Home Loans - Appraisals and Valuation
(12:00 noon - 1:15 p.m. Eastern). This is a pre recorded information video, with a question and answer session. Audience: Lender Staff and Real Estate Professionals.

July 18, 2007 - The VA Review - Season II
(12:00 noon - 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time). This is a live broadcast with a question and answer session. A panel of experts discusses VA credit underwriting issues. Audience: Lender Staff.

August 22, 2007 - A Closer Look - the VA Home Loan Program
(12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time). This program features special interest stories from the American Veteran Series. A narrator will provide answers to common questions. Audience: Lender Staff.

September 19, 2007 - VA Home Loan News
(12:00 noon -12:45 p.m. Eastern Time). This is a pre-recorded program of a newscast featuring short reports on the VA Home Loan Program. Audience: Lenders.
