The foreclosure sales information is listed by state and by foreclosure sale date. Before we place a loan on a list, we must receive a Notice of Sale. The bids for GA are broken down by month and will roll over on the first day of each month. The bids for NC, SC, and TN are on the list when the sale date is within the range of 30 days prior to, or 30 days after, today's date.
