Fee Appraiser Seminars-2008

At this time we are planning fee appraiser seminars for this fiscal year. After we had submitted a revised fee schedule to Washington for approval, we were told that they had new requirements and we had to go back and gather more data to meet them. We are working on a revision to the fee schedule and it will be posted. We recommend that all appraisers go to our RLC Memoranda page and check for updated memoranda that might apply to appraisals.

If any policy changes occur, we will also post them on this page, so continue to look here for any updates.

RLC Memorandum 07-05 is available for download. URAR instructions have been revised to require the phrase "Any Qualified Veteran" as the purchaser in lieu of the veteran's name.

Appraisers are reminded that VA no longer limits excess land values on appraisal reports.

VA also no longer requires a site value on the appraisal report.
