Proposed Construction Requirements

Please be sure to reference these rules to remember before issuing your first proposed construction NOV.

The NOV requirements are similar to new construction, except that the NOV must be issued as Proposed Construction with item 18 checked. Item 18 must contain information identifying the plan. Item 14 is not checked off for proposed construction. Please see our Instructions for New Construction NOV's for detailed instructions
