VA Acquired Properties

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) acquires properties as a result of foreclosures on VA guaranteed loans. These acquired properties are marketed through a property management services contract with Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC, West Palm Beach, Florida. If a prospective buyer is interested in a VA acquired property, they should contact a local real estate broker to see the property.

The properties are listed by local listing agents through local Multi Listing Systems (MLS). A list of properties for sale may also be obtained from Ocwen's website at www.ocwen.com.

As a result of VA's decision to contract out the management of foreclosed properties, the St. Paul Regional Loan Center (RLC) has transferred all of its inventory to Ocwen and terminated its Property Management Operations.
