Veterans Service Center
The St. Paul Veterans Service Center serves veterans, dependents, and surviving spouses in the state of Minnesota by processing claims for compensation, death benefits, and original pension. We also offer special outreach services for women veterans, homeless veterans, and veterans who served in Operation Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
Personal assistance is available in Room 124A of the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building at Fort Snelling, Minnesota, and is open to the public from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

If you need additional assistance, you may contact your local County Veterans Service Officer (CVSO), the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs, or any National Service Organization co-located at our facility. These organizations provide assistance and technical support to veterans and their dependents with a diverse array of benefits and services. This includes claims assistance, benefits counseling, and advocacy. They can also assist in obtaining military discharge documents.
