Bidding Instructions

We must receive the following to issue bidding instructions:
- VA Form 26-6850 Notice of Default (NOD) and VA Form 26-6851 Notice of Intent to Foreclose (NOI) or VA Form 26-6850a Notice of Default and Intention to Foreclose
- Notice of sale
- VA Form 26-567, Status of Loan Account. You can save this form to your hard drive, fill in information, and email or fax the completed form to the appropriate Loan Servicing Representative.
- VA Appraisal (Link to the VA Portal for access to The Appraisal System also known as TAS.) A VA liquidation appraisal must be completed at least 30 days before the sale date.
- Loan Modification Agreement (if applicable)
- Status of Loan Account ARM Addendum : This document is required on all ARM loans to issue bidding instructions.
If you have bidding instruction information that you would like to send to the St. Paul Regional Loan Center, contact the Loan Administration Section to determine the correct representative that is handling the account.
