 The Cleveland RLC Construction and Valuation (C&V) department responsibilities include:
  • Processing Certificates of Reasonable Value on a variety of existing and proposed construction, and miscellaneous one to four family housing for veterans
  • C&V trains, supervises, and reviews the work of fee appraisers and compliance inspectors
  • C&V also reviews plans specification for compliance with minimum property requirements
  • Supervises the disbursement of VA grants for the purchase and construction of specially adapted housing for severely disabled veterans.
