Our Mission

To help Veterans and active duty personnel purchase and retain homes in recognition of their service to the Nation. All Veterans and other participants in the program will be treated in a courteous, responsive, and timely manner. We will endeavor to operate in the most efficient manner possible to minimize costs and ensure the best use of the taxpayer's dollar.   

Cleveland Regional Loan Center Jurisdiction

Effective April 1, 2011, VA guaranteed home loan operations will transfer from Manchester, New Hampshire to Cleveland, Ohio. For More information, please click here Information Letter 26-11-01. The Cleveland VA Regional Loan Center (RLC) serves Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The Cleveland RLC also assists with delinquent VA loans on a nationwide basis.

Training Events Held in April, May, and June 2013

  • Due to overwhelming demand, and due to our March 26, 2013 VA Home Loans training class in Cleveland filling up sooner than expected, we are adding another VA Home Loans training class at the Cleveland VA Regional Loan Center.   • Due to overwhelming demand, and due to our March 19, 2013 VA Home Loans training class filling up sooner than expected, we are adding another VA Home Loans training class in our Manchester satellite office.   • The Cleveland VA Regional Loan Center will be holding a training class for new and existing Staff Appraisal Reviewers (SARs). The training will be held on June 5 and June 6, 2013. This training will include SAR LAPP Training on June 5th, and an Underwriters forum on June 6th, please follow the link provided for more information SAR LAPP Training

The Specially Adapted Housing Program -  Veterans that have specific service-connected disabilities may be entitled to a grant from the Department of Veterans Affairs for the purpose of constructing an adapted dwelling or modifying an existing dwelling to meet the Veterans needs. The goal of the Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) Program is to provide a barrier-free living environment which affords the Veteran a level of independent living he or she may not normally enjoy.
