Cleveland Regional Loan Center Jurisdiction
Effective April 1, 2011, VA guaranteed home loan operations will transfer from Manchester, New Hampshire to Cleveland, Ohio. For More information, please click here Information Letter 26-11-01. The Cleveland VA Regional Loan Center (RLC) serves Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. The Cleveland RLC also assists with delinquent VA loans on a nationwide basis.

The Specially Adapted Housing Program - Veterans that have specific service-connected disabilities may be entitled to a
grant from the Department of Veterans Affairs for the purpose of constructing an adapted dwelling or modifying an existing dwelling to meet the Veterans needs.
The goal of the Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) Program is to provide a barrier-free living environment which affords the Veteran a level of
independent living he or she may not normally enjoy.
