1. Credit Underwriter Training
VA credit underwriting training can be found on the Web at http://www.homeloans.va.gov/train.htm.
This is an 8 hour web-based tutorial and focuses on credit underwriting guidelines for VA loans.
2. Satellite telecasts from Washington D. C.
VA satellite telecasts are listed at http://www.homeloans.va.gov/broadcast.htm.
These are interactive transmissions and are broadcast live from VA Central Office. Each broadcast covers an area related to a specific activity, including sessions for originators, underwriters, closers and shippers, real estate professionals, and other lending and real estate industry professionals. Broadcasts can be viewed at a VA Regional Office near you. VHS tapes can be purchased after each broadcast by calling (800) 800-3827.

4. Trainer visits to your locations
Training visits can be arranged by completing the VA
Loan Training Menu. This is a list of specialized topics related
to VA loans with options for session length and course topic mix.
Due to budget and time restrictions, in order to have on-site training, we ask that you
put together a group of at least 25 individuals. Print out the training menu, make your selections, enter your contact
information, and mail it to Mr. Mark R. Jamison, Loan Production Officer,

a copy to (216) 522-3101. We will contact you to discuss how we
can help you achieve your training objectives normally within 7
