IMPORTANT NOTICE
for Servicers & Holders
Effective
October 1, 2007, the Denver RLC discontinued brokering the servicing of
a portion of cases in our jurisdiction to the Phoenix RLC.
States in Denver’s jurisdiction are Alaska, Colorado, Idaho,
Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

for all cases in the Denver RLC jurisdiction.
Effective July 1, 2006, the Phoenix
RLC assumed responsibility
for all VA Loan Administration activities in the state of New
Mexico. Please refer to Information
Bulletin 06-05.
Effective October 3, 2005, the
Denver VA RLC transferred the servicing of approximately 1200 cases in our
jurisdiction to the Phoenix VA RLC. States in Denver's jurisdiction
are Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington,
and Wyoming. The terminal digits of the VA loan numbers for cases that
Phoenix will service are 10 through 16, 20 through 29, 55 through 64, and 85
through 89. Phoenix will handle all aspects of servicing of these
cases up to the payment of claims. Notices of Default, Notices of
Intent to Foreclose, and Claims will continue to be sent to Denver for
processing on all cases in the Denver RLC jurisdiction. Click on "Key
