CONDOMINIUM

Submit the following for conditional approval:

· Condominium map;

· Annexation or supplement

Submit the following for full approval:

· Recorded condominium map;

· Recorded annexation or supplement;

· Certification that 70% of units have been sold to someone other than declarant.  (contracts count toward this goal)

· Evidence of completion of construction of project (including common elements) by final municipal approval and occupancy authorization. If unable to provide municipal  evidence, certification from a licensed registered engineer is acceptable.
