The Hartford Regional Office serves a potential clientele of 260,388 veterans and their dependents living in the State of Connecticut. We have a staff of 93 employees and rank 46th in staffing strength as compated to all other regional offices. We conduct significant outreach operations across the State of Connecticut including conducting regular briefings at the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT and the Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT.

The Regional Office distributes approximately $15,100,000 in disability benefits per month to 22,700 compensation and pension reciepients within our jurisdiction.
