SUBMISSION OF NODs/NOIs, ELECTION TO CONVEY AND STATUS OF LOAN
ACCOUNTS
Effective June 1, 2002, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Manchester RLC, will begin
accepting the following electronically transmitted documents:
Notice of Default (VA form 26-6850)
Notice of Default and Intention to Foreclose (VA Form 26-6850a)
Notice of Intention to Foreclose (Va Form 26-6851)
Status of Loan Account-Foreclosure or Other Liquidation (FL26-567)
Notice of Election to Convey and/or Invoice for Transfer of Property (VA Form 26-8903)
These documents must be in a Portable Document Format (.pdf) and attached to your e-mail.
Please send only one document per e-mail message. When addressing your e-mail message, put
the VA case number in the SUBJECT block using all 12 digits (i.e., 73-73-6-0123456 not
0123456). Also, name or rename the .PDF file itself with the VA case number (i.e., 73-73-6-
0123456.pdf not 0123456.pdf).

must be used to view forms located on this website. You may download the recommended latest
release, Version 5.05, from the VA Forms website. The full version of Adobe Acrobat 5.05 (or
Adobe Acrobat Writer or PDF Publisher) must be purchased and used to fill out, save and send
the completed forms to VA
