If you are not currently receiving your Compensation (service connected disability) or Pension check via Direct Deposit, contact GoDirect to set up your direct deposit. They can be reached by phone at (800) 333-1795 or online at http://www.godirect.gov.
For other benefits or Direct Deposit inquiries, Call (877) 838-2778 and use the menu to start, stop, or change your direct deposit. There is information available about all of the aspects of direct deposit, so call today! Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am until 5:00 pm Central Time.
You will be eligible for a financial hardship waiver if receiving direct deposit will cost you more than receiving a check.
If you have a physical or mental disability, or a geographic, language, or literacy barrier you will be eligible for a waiver from the EFT requirements.
We would like to emphasize that no payment will be withheld or delayed for any reason related to the implementation of EFT.
