The Oakland VA Regional Office has a number
of individuals designated to meet the needs of veterans. Some
of the special outreach efforts are directed toward VA benefits for
women veterans, for case managing and expediting veterans who have
OEF/OIF claims, homeless veterans, and elderly and minority veterans.
