The National Call Center was established to centralize toll-free phone activity for VA’s general veterans benefits information line (800-827-1000). NCC agents provide information about the full range of federal veterans benefits (compensation and pension, education, vocational rehabilitation and employment, home loans, and insurance benefits).

Our telephone representatives also perform claim-related processes such as change of address, direct deposits, VA forms, and can also explain the claim process and its requirements.
