Note: VA Portal users may experience problems accessing TAS and E-Appraisal if their computers have been upgraded to Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0. The Veterans Information Portal (VIP) is not supported by Internet Explorer 7.0 at this time. In order to access the portal and its programs properly there are three options available: Revert back to Internet Explorer 6, look for the fix for Internet Explorer 7.0 on Microsoft.com, or use another browser to access VIP.
