Appraisal Timeliness Standards

The current timeliness standard for VA fee appraisers in Virginia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Maryland and the District of Columbia is 7 calendar days for all origination appraisals and 5 business days for all liquidation appraisals where the property is occupied.
