PURPOSE
This purpose of this notification is to advise lenders that the Florida Housing's First Time Homebuyer Program has been approved for use by veterans who are first time homebuyers in the State of Florida. For more information on this progam, please click on Florida Housing Finance Corporation.

LENDER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the lender's responsibility to make the program available to qualified veterans.
