The VA Home Loan Program is a benefit for eligible veterans, active duty personnel, Reserve and National Guard personnel to assist them with purchasing and retaining a home. We are divided into three distinct program areas:

Loan Production deals with eligibility, origination, processing, underwriting, closing, guaranty and post guaranty issues as well as providing Native American Veterans living on trust lands with VA direct home loans.

Construction and Valuation is responsible for overseeing the appraisal of property to be pledged as security for guaranteed or direct loans, as well as processing Specially Adapted Housing grants for eligible veterans.

Loan Administration is responsible for all issues involving existing VA home loans and can act as a liaison between a borrower and a mortgage company when a borrower experiences financial difficulties.
